COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

We strictly follow all the necessary COVID-19 precautions, as advised by the local health authorities and CDC.

We have enhanced our safety measures to provide a safe environment for patients and staff, including routine patient, staff and visitor screening, masking for patients, staff and visitors, and enhanced cleaning of patient care, staff and waiting areas.

Specific Measures

— We require staff, patients, and visitors to wear a mask or face covering.
— Patients are expected to bring their own mask or face covering to wear.
— All patients and visitors are required to wear mask or face covering all the time while in the facility.
— Patients are required to keep social distance, or about 6 feet away from others while at the clinic, including when you’re in line and in the waiting area.
— Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and numerous locations throughout the clinic. Everyone is asked to sanitize their hands when they enter the building. In addition, each member of our health care staff sanitizes their hands before and after each patient encounter.

— We screen all patients and visitors for COVID-19 symptoms. You will be contacted by your clinic prior to an appointment to ask whether you are experiencing any symptoms. In addition, when you arrive for your appointment, you and anyone with you will also be asked about any cough, fever and other symptoms of respiratory virus infection that you or others in your household may be experiencing.
— A thermal imaging device will be used to take your temperature as part of the screening.
— We also offer telemedicine. Please ask about telemedicine appointment options, such as a video consult. You may be able to have a telemedicine appointment instead of an in-person visit. It can be an effective way for you to follow-up with your doctor from home. You also may be able to have a phone consult with your doctor.
