MEDICAL DIRECTOR – FARZANA N. SAHI, MD

Dr. Farzana Sahi, MD is an internal medicine specialist in Houston, Texas and has been practicing adolescent and adult medicine for over 25 years. She believes in empowering her patients and partnering with them to find best health solutions. She is passionate about evidence-based medicine and is fully committed to her patient’s health & wellbeing.
Dr. Sahi completed her Internal Medicine training at Ravenswood Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois, where she also served as the Chief Resident. She is board certified and is a Diplomate of The American Boards of Internal Medicine.
Besides practicing as an internal medicine physician, Dr. Sahi serves as a Civil Surgeon designated by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services and Designated Physician for Social Security disability consultative examinations for state of Texas.
Dr. Sahi is actively involved in community service and teaching. She regularly volunteers her time at a community health clinic for indigent.
Dr. Sahi has been consistently rated highly by her patients and. She has been a recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award. This honor is bestowed to caring physicians who have made significant difference in lives of their patients and received near perfect scores, as voted by patients. She has also been recognized by her colleagues and has been received Best Doctor award for 2017.

MANAGING PHYSICIAN: FAIYAZ A.BHOJANI, MD; DR.PH

Dr. Bhojani is trained in Internal medicine at the State University of New York and in Occupational and Environmental Health at the University of Texas, Houston. He has a Master’s in Occupational Health and a Doctorate in Public Health and Epidemiology from the School of Public Health, University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He is certified by The American Boards of Internal Medicine and American Boards of Preventive Medicine. Dr. Bhojani is actively involved in teaching and community service. He holds adjunct faculty positions at the UT School of Public Health (Adjunct Professor, Epidemiology, Human Genetics and Environmental Sciences) and Baylor College of Medicine.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and American College of Preventive Medicine.
He regularly volunteers his time for various community health projects. He is a firm believer in prevention and partners with his patients to develop solutions for health and wellbeing.

ASSOCIATE PHYSICIAN: TUFAIL Q. SHAIKH, MD; MPH

Dr. Shaikh is board certified both in Occupational Medicine and General Preventive Medicine and Public Health. He has a MPH in epidemiology from UCLA and MS in Preventive Medicine from Ohio State University. He was a faculty member at the University of Texas Medical Branch from 1996 to 2006.
Since then, he has been self-employed and worked as occupational physician/medical director for large international corporations.
Currently, he is employed with Law Enforcement Medical Programs of Federal Occupational Health (FOH).

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT : ANNIE KASAM

Annie Kasam is a board-certified physician assistant who earned her Master of Science degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Kasam also has a Master of Science in Public Health in Epidemiology from University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. She has authored a peer-reviewed publication in children’s nutrition.
She has completed clinical clerkships and training at Ben Taub General Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital in the Texas Medical Center including Michael E DeBakey VA Medical Hospital.
Mrs. Kasam focuses care on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle management, and patient care through a holistic approach.
